A couple of issues with vehicle health report & lincoln's owner website

As I mentioned in a couple other posts, I picked up my new (leased) 2016 MKX Reserve yesterday. It was a demo and had ~1800 miles when I took possession.  This vehicle was an early production model and only has Sync2 - not Sync3.  Since my previous Ford Fusion had the basic Sync and it was adequate, I was willing to accept this (especially since the dealer took over $1000 off for the lack of Sync3).

This afternoon I ran a vehicle health report. It submitted correctly and I received an email with a link to view the VHC. My main reason for running the report was to see if there was a software update to the Sync system (when I bought my new Ford, I did the same thing and there was a software update, so I wanted to check the MKX).  The summary provided in my email shows that my oil life is at 8% and says service is required.  Issue #1... how is this possible with so few miles on the car?

Issue #2 is that I'm not able to view the full report.  When I click the link in the email, it takes me to a landing page at owner.lincoln.com with a link to the full report.  That link takes me to a page (where I'm signed out) with a heading of "preferred dealer" and a bing map of nothing.

The first time I tried to sign in, it took me back to the previous page (with the link to view full report).  Now, when I try to access owner.lincoln.com I get stuck on a loading page (spinning circle).  I've tried to access the page from two different computers using four different browsers (cleared history/cookies on all).  I also tried to contact lincoln concierge services for help with this and nothing works.  Chat is always busy, email gives me a "technical difficulties" message after clicking send, and the 1-800 number disconnects me.

Though I'm happy with my MKX, I have to say I'm really disappointed with the rest of my Lincoln experience so far.  Does anyone have any tips/tricks on accessing/navigating the owner.lincoln website or thoughts on what I may be doing wrong?

I also found the website to be pretty much worthless. Agonizingly slow to load, I ran reports that never show up (tells me my last report was run in 2015 even though one was run about every month.)

Disgusted, don't even go there anymore.

Could be why it's no longer an option in sync 3

Note that from everything I can tell, the Vehicle Health Report system is not even an option with Sync 3.  So, you really aren't missing anything, as all the 16's built after December do not do VHC at all.

As for the website and concierge, yes, it's a pain.  There is however a wrong way, and a right way to access the concierge function, that I learned the hard way.  The correct way is to scroll all the way to the bottom of the owner.lincoln.com site, and use the link found there, instead of the one near the top.

Thank you, I'll give this a try if/when I'm able to access the site again.
