If anyone is looking, Landmark Lincoln in Englewood, Co has about 56 Nautilus either in stock or dealer ordered. That is where my dealer found mine. It is a Lincoln only dealer as well. May be worth checking out.

My '16 MKX did not have it either, so I was quite surprised to find it. I did notice the Sync 3 software was above 3.0, I think it said version 3.3, so don't know if that has anything to do with that option.

Can anyone post photos of all the options you can display on the dash? I was hoping the Owner's Manual would have shown that, but obviously it doesn't.

Here is the correct way...select Settings, then slide the screen to the left, select Display, then Background to get the colors..

If I remember right, you hit the "General" thing that looks like a gear, then slide across the options until you see "Display". I think there are 4 options there.

Today, I was checking the settings and found that I could change the background screen color from Gold to a Gray, so that looks better with my Slate interior. I never saw that option on my '16 MKX. I was also looking at all the settings for the dash guages, and unless I missed it, I guess you cannot have what I would want, which would be Speedometer, Tach, Tire Pressure and Trip 1 Mileage all showing up. Oh well.

I just added some photos to the gallery of my Nautilus and of my other classic cars to that "14 Ruby Red", but they aren't showing yet. Does that mean it takes awhile for them to appear?

It's actually in the Gallery 14 Ruby Red. As well as a previous Mark III I had and a photo of my parent's 77 Mark V.

The Slate on the doors just has a minimally darker shade just below the windows, but the rest of the door color is all the same, v/s my Cappuccino interior where the armrests were a different color. I can take some shots if you can give me an email to send them to you. I have never figured out how to add a photo on here!

I had one very odd thing happened after I picked mine up late yesterday. I stopped on my way home to grab something to eat, and it was dark. I noticed when I exited the car and pushed the lock button, the mirrors did not fold. When I went back to the car, there was no lighting as I approached and no Lincoln emblem on the ground either. I started it, went through the selections on the dash, and the auto folding mirrors was turned on. Then for some reason I pushed the button on the door for the right mirror and adjusted it slightly, then got out of the car and pushed the lock button, and then the mirrors both folded as they should. I then walked away from the car and then returned, and the lighting and emblem on the ground were working. So no idea how that situation happened, but it is now working every time as it should.

I am also not a fan of the dark gray coating on the 21" wheels, which Lincoln for some odd reason call "Ultra Shiny". I already placed an order to get the exact factory wheel in chrome from Detroit Wheel and Tire. I guess they have had several orders, since they said I would be on backorder and it could take 6+ weeks to get a set.

I have a Wedgewood Blue 79 Mark V with only 17,800 miles on it that of course has the cornering lights on the side, great idea back then.

As for the Dash Setup, I have the Tach on the left and the tire pressure showing up in the middle for now.

And the VIN# ends in 31160, so recent build. Also noticed that the Key Fob is definitely wider than the MKX.

Today I got a call around 3 pm that the Nautilus had arrived and I could pick it up this afternoon. I am glad I selected the Slate interior, looks great. Took a while to set up the dash the way I wanted and to go through the many set up options. It was dark by the time I got it home and one thing I noticed was that when turning with the lights on, it seemed to light up more in the direction of your turn than my MKX. I got new plates, since the ones I had were expiring 4/1, so transferring those would actually not be cheaper than getting the new plates. But they start with BF before the numbers, so I'm sure many will think of words for that!!

I thought with AWD, the 2.7L gets 1 mpg higher than the 2.0L on the Highway rating. ? Anyway, the 2.7L is one of the best engines I have had, except maybe my 460 HP 5.0L in my 18 Mustang GT convertible.

I totally loved my '16, but it was back to the dealer more times than any new car I have ever owned. Lincoln only dealer and the Service Manager was great and now a good friend! 421 miles, alternator died, 1800 miles, there was a screw inside the driver's side headlight unit, next was the Navigation System that started at full volume every time you turned it on, all 4 tires had to be rebalanced, alarm kept going off, and it took 5 visits back to service to find it needed a new rear door handle, (they also replaced the battery during this issue), passenger side headlight unit had to be replaced after it got moisture inside that wouldn't evaporate, and passenger door plastic lower trim was pulling away from the steel part of the door and had to be replaced. Luckily I'm retired and the dealer is only 15 miles away. I stopped by to visit the Service Manager yesterday to tell him I was getting a Nautilus, and I hoped I won't see him so often!!! Still love the Allure Blue and wish they would still offer that color.

My '16 has the trailer tow package that I thought I would use with my boat, but I sold the boat last year, and never did use it, so that wasn't on my list this time.

On my 16 MKX, after a Sync Software update many months ago, on the "Home Screen", that update added a symbol to turn on the heated steering wheel on the lower right hand side of the screen. It's small, but definitely there...so a Nautilus should definitely have it there as well. Just push the left top symbol that looks like a "white house", which gets you to home screen and then you should find it.

Went to my local dealer early this week to see if they could find me a Blue Diamond Reserve AWD V/6 with Slate Interior, pretty much loaded with Tech Pkg, Dr Asst Pkg, 22 way seats, Cago Pkg, 21" wheels, Roof rails, Cargo cover. Sales Manager found only 1 car in the whole country that had exactly those options, but it is at a Dealer in Colorado. The Sales Manager there said no to making a dealer trade, so my Sales Manager went to the owner of my Lincoln Dealer to complain, and it turns out he knows the owner of the Colorado dealership, made a call, and got the trade done. So, it should arrive here (Illinois) sometime next week. I was afraid if I ordered one, it might not get here until June!

My Lincoln only dealer has a total of 8 Nautilus in stock. A Ford/Lincoln dealer not far away has 46 in stock. I may end up staying with the Cappuccino interior rather than waiting 2-3 months. So if I do, it will be the 3rd one with that same interior.

Is 8 weeks now the average time to receive an ordered car? I have been trying to find a Blue Diamond with Slate interior, and can only find Cappuccino or Black interiors in dealer stock with Reserve and highly optioned, so I may have to order one. When I ordered my 14 MKX, it took exactly 5 weeks to the day that it showed up. I found my '16 at a dealer close to 200 miles away, but don't want to do that again, but the price was worth it. Just wish Lincoln would have a higher than $500 Cash off right now through April 1st. I can use the X-Plan, so maybe next week I will go to my salesman and see what they come up with including trade for a 14,500 mile Reserve that had an MSRP of $60,450.

That happened on my '16 last year after I did an update from my computer. It would pop up every time I started it. It wouldn't be so annoying if it just came up and disappeared by in self in a few seconds, but unfortunately you have to turn it off each time. I turned off the Automatic Software Update, and it completely stopped it from happening. I then only turn that back on if I want to check for updates from Wi-Fi, then turn Automatic Software Update back off. I did notice that sometimes when you slide across the screen to turn it off, it doesn't always turn off, and I have to slide it to off a couple of times before it actually turns off, but that works. I also have a 2018 Mustang GT, and it did exactly the same thing, and it also stopped by turning off Automatic Software Update.
