2016 Lincoln MKX Black Label in Notorious Blue

Not a fan, but to each his own on body color. What I find objectionable is the drab plastic cladding over the wheel arches & around the bottom of the vehicle that portrays anything but luxury. I suspect that an inspection of real-life models will force me into a silver or metallic grey body color to mute the cladding contrast.

I don't like the grey plastic cladding either - reminds of the Chevy Avalanche.

I was against the cladding on the MKX from the pictures and videos I had seen, but I got to see the MKX in person at the April New York Autoshow. The MKX looks so good in person that I hardly noticed the cladding. Seeing it in the person sold me on getting it over the Edge Sport, but I don't think I can get it with the MFT for the money they are asking.

Waiting for SYNC 3?

Yes, but it will be not be available until the 2017 MKX. My lease is up in October, and I think I will be getting the 2016 Edge Sport with SYNC 3.
