Jazzy Posted March 7, 2018 Report Share Posted March 7, 2018 I have a 2017 MKX reserve and the drivers seat cushion leather seams to have come off of the cushion and is wrinkled and sagging, I wondered if any one else has had this problem. They took some pics and sent to warranty dept and they sent a reply that this was normal wear with leather seats. If this is normal wear with 25000 km I wonder how long will the car last, when I trade it in I am sure they will deduct the cost of replacing the seat cushion.
