Hi Robert, I am on the Ford Edge forum, Blue Oval News, MKC Forum (still contemplating an MKC) and this one...I am also on FordFusion.net forum.....I am a true blue Ford fan and own their stock too.... I have been pining for a Lincoln for quite some time and was going to wait for MKC, but then when I had my Fusion in for maintenance and saw the MKX, I finally took the plunge.... twintornados Posted July 15, 2014 Author Report Share Posted July 15, 2014 Update time....brought her in for it's first service; oil change, rotate tires, etc.....the dealership was tantalizing me with an MKC....when the MKX was finished, they washed it and placed a cabin freshener in it as well...nice touch....first cost was complimentary and I was on my way.....I think I am going to enjoy being a Lincoln owner.... I drove the new MKC here in Detroit a few weeks ago and it's an easy driving vehicle - smooth and responsive - goes over Michigan roads (WWII German era) without jarring you around and corners exceptionally. twintornados 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
twintornados Posted August 31, 2014 Author Report Share Posted August 31, 2014 Took my MKX on a trip to Atlantic City....just under 6 hour drive....very comfortable and well composed...plenty of power on the highway and was hitting 23-24 MPG running non-ethanol premium rolling on a steady 75-78 MPH....
