bjflud2 Posted June 17, 2022 Report Share Posted June 17, 2022 Hi All, 2016 Black label 44k miles. My contour seats no longer work. Massage feature, lumbar feature no longer function. I can move the position of my chair but thats all. I just had the recall (wire harness) done hoping that, that would fix it. No luck. When I go to the contour seats on the screen to adjust the seats, it displays them, registers my touch but, adjust nothing on the screen or seat.
