elijahbird7
My Lincoln only dealer does not even use the MKC as loaners. When I had that issue last summer with the alarm going off for no reason, I had to take it back 4 times. They always had an MKX loaner ready to go until I asked to drive other models. I ended up with a Continental, MKZ 400 hp, and asked if they could give me an MKC, since I had never driven one, and No, they don't use those...so MKX twice, Continental once, and MKZ once. Very good service at this dealer, Libertyville Lincoln. I will definitely check out the Nautilus, but if they don't offer polished aluminum wheels, and just those gray coated ones, nope... walkabout
Walt, the Acura was way less reliable. It had a lot more problems. The difference was that Acura actually dealt with the problems in a responsive manner. With the Mkx, I've mostly had trim issues. There was that one brake problem that was more serious. But, I can't believe that needed 8 days in the shop. I do like my mkx, but the dealer network (from what I've seen) in the LA area is a total joke.
