Bobodude Posted June 29, 2016 Report Share Posted June 29, 2016 Have had our new 2016 MKX for about a week and the cruise control and the Pre Collison systems have failed. The tech says the cruise system control module has failed and the replacement part is back ordered and it could be 2 to 3 weeks to get it fixed. Called another Lncoln dealer and he confirmed that there has been rash of failures and yes in fact the part is on back order. Just in case your cruise quits working and you get the message in the left info window that your pre Collison is unavailable, you know why.
