Hi! I purchased a 2019 Nautilus this Sept 2024, had 56,000 miles on it. I test drove it after driving a dodge caravan for 4 years so didn't catch what I would call a shimmy in the steering (so I would suspect wheels?) and just feel the road more than I thought for a luxury vehicle. I took it back to dealer and they supposedly test drove it (although I requested when I made the appt that I ride along and didn't) and rebalanced and switched new tires around but didn't admit to anything else. No charge which is nice but I still feel it at all speeds, can anyone offer a suggestion...car fax was clean. Could AWD vehicles have more road feel to them? Its just not a soft ride. Thanks!
