2018 mkx cameras

Just bought a 2018 mkx from a non Ford dealer so they did not have much info on the vehicle. I have the reserve trim. Was under the assumption that it only had a rear view camera but on further inspection at home I noticed cameras under the rear view mirrors so started thinking maybe I have the 360 option. Can't tell if there is a front view camera as it is hidden behind the lincoln badge on the front bumper. I managed to track the window sticker and it seems to me I have the technology package that includes the 360 camera. The dealer doesn't seem to agree. The camera is not operating as it should as my display always only shows the rear view camera. Even though I have the camera button option on the interior. Can someone confirm if I have the 360 camera using supplied pic. Also noticed a wiring harness by the battery that has 2 wires coming from it that are cut but can't find where they were originally connected. Not sure if the wires have something to do with the cameras.

The front camera is behind the Lincoln badge between the grills.  It is suppose to pop out when in reverse or you press the camera button the right side of the display.  Mine has worked fine up until last week.  There are no replacements in the Ford system right now, has anyone tried repairing these front cameras. The camera still works, just the pop out mechanism doesn't work.
