We are aware that this vehicle is FLAT TOW CAPABLE. We would prefer not to install the FLAT TOW equipment so would like to know if it is recommended to DOLLY TOW this vehicle? VentureTag Posted June 14, 2023 Report Share Posted June 14, 2023 If your MKX is AWD I believe dolly towing is not acceptable. If FWD dolly towing is OK. We have a 2017 FWD all set up for towing with Blue Ox baseplate, etc. Very clean appearance when completed but a serious installation project.
