I have owned my 2011 MKX for a little over a year now. Unfortunately, in February a distracted driver rear ended me. Fortunately she had insurance and I was able to get my baby fixed good as new...or so I thought. The first few months after the accident my back up camera worked fine. But now my back up camera has been on the fritz. When I put it in reverse, I get a square box with "Camera not available, contact dealership". Before I take it to the dealership, I was hoping there was someone on here that has had similar problems with the camera that can tell me of their experience so I'll know what to expect.
