2017 tailgate only opens and closes half way then beeps. But it’s intermittent (sometimes it works ok). What’s the most common fix? Tailgate motor?

I have a similar problem. My right rear speaker has intermittent static, crackles and pops. And it continues well after the car has been turned off. I’ve been researching on line and found no answers except speculation that it could be the amplifier or the Audio control unit or the radio itself. So, I’m interested in responses to your question…unless you already fixed it?
