  1. Hello Cosmos36, Thanks for the input. I have heard the noises you describe and it is markedly different than that. I have also been unable to generate the noise using the a/c system since I read your post so even though it is a good thought, I think it is not it. Regards, Gary A
  2. Hello All, I have an intermittent 'moan' or 'sigh' noise that seems to come from somewhere up front. The first time we heard it was on a road trip more than 6 months and 3rd road trip after purchasing the vehicle. It only happens when driving so cannot tell if it is in the cabin or the engine compartment. I have tried on many occasions to reproduce the noise, but to no avail. It occurs randomly, mostly at low speed (or maybe that is the only time I can hear it as it is not very loud). It will happen only when driving in D, not at a stop or when shifted into R or P. It will happen going straight or when turning, accelerating or steady speed, with foot control or cruise control, but never when coasting. It will usually be short duration, around 1 sec, but sometimes will persist up to about 4 sec. I have rotated the tires, had brake work done at the vendor, had the oil changed along with the air filter and the interior thoroughly cleaned and checked. Any ideas anyone?
