This problem seems to have started when we had to replace the spare key. Once the dealer programmed the replacement key is when the alarm went off the deep end. Where can I find the connector you speak of?

We bought a 2102 MKX and the alarm has a mind of its own. When you enter or exit the car the horn beeps several times. On its own the alarm will beep the horn five times at random times, sometimes three or more times a day. Randomly the alarm will go off and you have to find the key fob to turn it off. It does it in the middle of the night, during the day or whenever, it matters not. Any ideas why it is doing this or more importantly, what I can do to make it stop?
