Thanks. I have taken the inside door tailgate cover off, removed the thumbsize camera and set it up again, all to no avail. Begged another dealer, not the sell site, to reset it and establish the parking lines, but that didn't work for video. Parking lines disappeared again one day later. Multiple complaints out there on the same topic for many models of Fords/Lincolns in recent years. Very weak response from Ford that this is a device that can 'wear out'. The vaunted 'service' of Lincoln Canada fell way short when I took it to their head office. Nice people there, but no one could say 'yes' to resolve this problem.

My 2011 MKX has had a poor quality video feed for years. It first arose just after my lease was up and I opted to buy the vehicle. The dealer was unsympathetic, quoting almost $500 to replace. Has anyone had a similar issue, and what was your action or solution? Thanks!

The drivers side heat/cool function in my 2011 MKX has stopped functioning. Lights show in the Sync screen, the under seat fan starts but cuts off after a few seconds. The passenger seat works as it should. Any experience, thoughts, ideas before I think about spending on a dealer diagnostic? Thanks!
