love my lincoln

Hi all, I've been a lincoln owner since 2004 and I wouldn't have any other car or SUV. I currently have a 2016 Lincoln MKX and my husband has a Ford F250. We retired last year and are enjoying our time together. I am currently looking to find an answer to my horn problem. The front ones don't work they default to the rear horn. Also, with only the one horn, my alarm is rather quiet. Didn't the alarm used to chirp when alarmed?? The dealership says this is normal, but it is not how I bought the car. I love my lincoln and wouldn't trade it for any other car, but I am a bit frustrated and I think the dealership is too.

My horn is quieter than before. It is in the dealership right now. They said the system was defaulting to the rear horn (not the 2 in front). Now they say it is normal, but it wasn't like that when I got the car last year. My son has the same car and his horn is really loud. He had a "low voltage problem" he said. Also, didn't the alarm chirp when you set it??? I thought it did (though not loudly), but now mine makes to sound whatsoever but the lights flash. Anyone else have this problem??
