I bought my new 2016 Lincoln MKX in December 2015. Have enjoyed driving the vehicle, although have only put 48,000 km (about 30,000 mi) in four years. However, just days after the 4-year (nowhere near 80,000 km) warranty expired, things started to go wrong. Both the rear door windows would not operate. I took it to the dealer. Have just been informed that for diagnostic, labor and parts to replace the master window switch, the bill will be close to $500. I hope it is not an indication of things to come.
