I didn't open the App until today, and of course my MKX is no longer there. So you either have to log out and back in again, or just add your vehicle again....what's up with these people doing this update crap???? Elijah, there were a bunch of complaints about this on the Everything Lincoln facebook page. Logging off and back in seemed to fix it. punch-card Posted October 22, 2018 Report Share Posted October 22, 2018 I have the opposite issue, I logged out of the app per suggestion, and now I enter my email address, click on the password field and the app crashes... First I agree their maintenance should be getting done in the middle of the night. Second you do not need to log out it will come back once they are done. It isn't due to the app update it the system miantenace/update that is impactimg the app much like this site maintenance update didn't allows us to use it.
