So just like everyone else, I was very excited about ordering a nautilus. I ordered my car in December and last week, I received a call from Lincoln randomly asking how I like my Nautilus. When I stated I haven’t received my car yet, they said that’s odd as my car arrived 2 weeks ago. The rep on the phone stated they would inquire about it and get back to me.
30 min later, I received a call from my salesman stating that there was a check engine light on my virgin Nautilus and they had to order some special part. He also stated Ford engineering would be onsite to perform the repair. When I asked why ford engineering and not Lincoln techs, the salesman said it’s a new car and sometimes you get different alarms.
A week later, still no car. What the hell? Anyone experience anything like this before? At this point, I want a different car but I also ordered the car exactly how I wanted and I don’t want to wait another 90 days.
