Dear Akirby, As my fob “lock” function does not work I am now using the lock button inside the car which locks all doors AND since entering the permanent access code - the car has remained locked - overnight and all of today when driven and then locked Too early to say the problem is truly solved - but we are hopeful many thanks for your follow- up i will keep you posted Sincerely Roy

Dear Akirby thanks for your response we check with no keys (fobs) near the vehicle. Today we tried entering the permanent access code to the “Keyless Entry System” from the card given to us when brand new (in 2012) Thus far (about 3 hours ago) the car remains locked. This is trial and error process for us. Maybe this is a printed circuit card replacement problem? Again - many thanks

The problem I am experiencing is that the car keeps unlocking after we have left the car locked - we never know if the car has remained locked - and we have street parking. We have closed down “Sync” and rebooted but this did not fix the problem Requesting any actions we can take to fix the problem
