    • NHTSA Recall ID Number : 25T001 Synopsis : Pirelli Tire, LLC (Pirelli) is recalling certain P7 Cinturato tires, size 245/45R18 100 Y. The tires were incorrectly marked with the wrong maximum inflation pressure and may not meet the strength requirements for the stated pressure. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 139, "New Pneumatic Radial Tires for Light Vehicles." Tires with insufficient strength may fail, increasing the risk of a crash. Dealers will replace the tires, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed March 17, 2025. Owners may contact Pirelli customer service at 1-800-622-2390.
    • My dealer told me you had to buy spoiler the light is in can't be changed. Have to order a new spoiler, paint to match, cost +/- $3000.  You tube sez it can be replaced by removing the spoiler and replacing brake light.
    • Good morning, my check engine light came on this morning while driving home.  I scanned the trouble code and came back with P1705, transmission  range sensor.  How difficult is this to do yourself?  I dont have the tool to calibrate the new sensor.   Any and all help is welcomed and appreciated
    • I'm experiencing a similar problem on my 2018 MKX.  The Panoramic Roof shade is no longer tight and can no longer retract because the spring loaded retractor in the back is broken.  The whole roof needs to comedown to repair it.  Cost quoted to me (non dealer) is $250 to $300 for the part and $1000 labor.
    • Third brake lens came off from the blower at the car wash because the glue had dried out.  Got a replacement unit only to find out half the lift gate has to be taken apart to replace the new light and lens.  Poor design by Lincoln to make servicing the brake light so difficult.  Any input on how to simplify putting in the new brake light assembly?
    • Did you ever resolve this problem?  I have the same issue with our 2016 MKX Black Label. Thanks very much.
    • My 2016 MKX rear lift gate started to act up by not opening all the way . When dealer tech tried to reset the full open position it did beep 1 time but it didn’t change stop. dealer wants 1000 for new rear lift motor. How complicated is changing the rear actuator?
