Have you tried calling a local dealer with the PN listed?  Not sure why it doesn't show up online anymore, but if there has been an update to the part, your local dealer should be able to see what the new part number is based on the old.

2017 MKX seems parking break is stuck. Breaks were just replaced. The dash break light is not on. While driving when I take my foot off of the gas not pressing the breaks the car slows significantly like I am breaking. It did not do this before the breaks were replaced.

Hi Neel2004,   Yes I am still on this forum, though I sometimes don't get notified when there is activity, so usually only catch these when I have time to check back on the forums.  Part number should be a single USB port, though some stock photos may show it as it having 2 ports, like the F150.    This is the part I purchased for my 2016 MKX- HA1Z-19A387-AC.  As for turn by turn from CarPlay or Android Auto, no this does not come up of the gauge cluster, only on the Sync screen.

ColonelM here.  New to this forum, was originally looking for help regarding "floppy drivers side visor" for my wife's 2017 MkX.  Currently it has >102k miles.  We bought it new in 2017 and it has been a very reliable car.  It has the 2.7T motor and I'm surprised at the power it has.    My wife preferred this one vs then current Cadillac version of the day because of the room it afforded her because of the grandkids.   I was looking to get an another one BUT when they announced that new ones will be "built in China" I will NOT be buying another one.  I'm sure that Ford executives thought there was good reasons for doing so but that logic was flawed, just like there "follow the crowd" logic for spending so much on EV development.  You couldn't even pay me for one of those.  Ok, I will get off my soapbox now.   The original reason for looking into this forum was the drivers side visor became "floppy", wouldn't stay up.   The dealer said it couldn't be repaired and a new replacement unit would cost ~ $600 with installation.   That didn't smell right because I found a document online from Ford with a parts breakout...why would there be be a parts drawing with part numbers detailed if it was "unrepairable"?  Searched online for "2017 MkX drivers side visor w/garage door unit" and found a dealer in PA who had the exact part replacement in the same color.  Arrived yesterday  (it looks brand new... the dealer published details on the car it was taken from that was totaled from a rear end collision with 37k miles) and installed today (by me).  Works perfect.  Total cost including UPS shipping $62.      Bottom line, be skeptical.  i can afford to have had it replaced by the dealer but I'm old school.  If things smell fishy they usually are.  I just don't believe in paying for over-priced goods and services that are being hawked today.  I want value.

Help! I have a 2016 MKX Reserve and I broke the front emblem off today that covers the 360 deg front camera.  I have been searching everywhere online but I cannot find what part I actually need to replace. The plastic "arm" brackets that allow the emblem to move when the camera is activated are what is broken. Image attached. 

NHTSA Recall ID Number : 25T001 Synopsis : Pirelli Tire, LLC (Pirelli) is recalling certain P7 Cinturato tires, size 245/45R18 100 Y. The tires were incorrectly marked with the wrong maximum inflation pressure and may not meet the strength requirements for the stated pressure. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 139, "New Pneumatic Radial Tires for Light Vehicles." Tires with insufficient strength may fail, increasing the risk of a crash. Dealers will replace the tires, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed March 17, 2025. Owners may contact Pirelli customer service at 1-800-622-2390.
