CrankyDoodleDaddy Posted April 28 Report Share Posted April 28 Hi all, I have a 2009 MKX with the Vista Moonroof. I've had the car since 2016 and the moonroof has worked fine, until this year. I live in a cold climate and the roof doesn't get used in the winter. When I tied to use it, I'm finding that the Tilt button is now opening the roof all the way, and the full Open button won't open it, but will close it. Tilt only opens and Open only closes. I replaced the switches, but no change. Has anyone else seen this behaviour? Any ideas as to what's going on? Thank you! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
CrankyDoodleDaddy Posted June 18 Author Report Share Posted June 18 Quick update: I'm finding that the switch functionality pattern is erratic. The Tilt button sometimes opens (all the way) and closes, but straight after, neither button will work. But, stopping and starting the car seems to "reset" the buttons. since we are now in our three month period of open air driving here in Michigan, I've taken liberties, but have been able to open and ultimately close the roof every time. I tested the fuse and it's ok. Is there a relay for the Moonroof? I've not been able to find any documentation on that. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
