  1. My '16 MKX was built just after the Job 2 added Sync3. So, is there a Job 2 for the Nautilus? And any changes like adding HUD?
  2. I just got the key fob battery replacement notice for my '16 Reserve on my dash today. The car was built 3 years and a few weeks ago. Has 14,265 miles on it, so it lasted way longer than some posts I have seen.
  3. After figuring out how this worked on my 2016, for awhile I would use S as long as I was driving slower in local traffic, but when it got above 50 mph when headed out on the highway, I would just push the D button and it would shift to 6th gear. Didn't really use the S all that often after that anyway.
  4. it says nothing about this in the owner's manual, but when you use S in the 6-speed MKX transmission, it only goes to gear 5 no matter your speed. I found this out by watching what the tach was showing between the S and D at over 70 mph. I know some people were complaining about bad gas mileage and were using S, not knowing that was the reason, since it wasn't shifting into 6th gear. So, with the 8-Speed Nautilus does anyone know what gear is the top gear in the S mode?
  5. Tonight after signing in again, it finally opened up and my car was back in place.
  6. The first time I opened it today, it said, "Garage Empty, Add Vehicle".....
  7. Issue again. My car was gone, so I logged out. When I try to sign back in, it just spins, then says to try my Internet connection and try again...still nothing, great.
  8. I did that email request for the brochure on December 1st. Still nothing...so, good thing I went to the dealer to get one.
  9. I had a 2014, and now a 2016 MKX. Never had any shifting issues at all. Shifts so smoothly that after the 2nd shift, the only way I know when it shifts from there is watching at the tachometer move.
  10. I am curious if the front camera on the Nautilus is similar to the 2016-2018 MKX where the Lincoln symbol raises up to expose it? Or is it somewhere behind the larger grill where nothing has to mechanically raise up?
  11. Another amusing thing from yesterday. A discussion of the 2020 Corsair came up with some of the higher end Service Manager and Sales Manager. They were talking about the history of that name. I just said quickly, "Edsel". They looked at me like I was crazy. My brother bought a 1959 Edsel new, and still has it. The model name is Corsair....
  12. When I was at the dealer yesterday getting my Passenger side headlight unit replaced, I asked the salesman if they have a Nautilus with the Medium Slate interior, since I have never seen that color. He said the white Navigator on the showroom floor had it. Looked good, and as we were discussing that, the lady from the welcoming desk told us a white Nautilus had just arrived from shipment that had that interior. So, since I have had 2 now with the Cappuccino interior, if I trade this spring, I think I will go with the Medium Slate.
  13. It is going on 2 weeks now that I took the 2nd choice to request the Nautilis Brochure by email...still no response.
  14. Have to take my '16 MKX in on Friday to replace the passenger side headlight unit. It has moisture inside that is not going away for some reason. It has been in there for around 3 weeks, and I have no idea why. At least it only took the service manager to take photos of it and go online and get approval for the replacement of the unit. The driver's side one was replaced at 1800 miles when I noticed there was a loose screw inside the unit.
  15. I have an '18 Mustang GT convertible that has that type of electronic dash that has many configurations as well, so likely it it is somewhat similar in what is color and what is not.
  16. After looking through the Nautilus Brouchure, what surprised me was the dash photo. It's now just a black background with white (or silver?) Numbers, Letters, etc. No colors at all like in the MKX.
  17. Since I sent the request on the Lincoln site to get them to send me an email with the Nautilus Brochure, on Saturday, and have still not received it, I stopped at my Lincoln Dealer today to pick up a Brochure. Spent some time talking to a Salesman and then the Sales Manager. I was hoping to see a Nautilus in Diamond Blue, but they only had one in Rhapsody Blue on their lot. But I did get an answer to whether they would switch my current 21" Polished Aluminum wheels on my MKX to a new Nautilus and switch the new tires to my current 21" wheels, and they said they could do that, so when spring gets here, I will have to decide if I want to make the trade or not.
  18. I will try the email request and see what happens with that..
  19. I just tried it again today, and same thing, 2018 MKX Brochure was what I just got...
  20. Went online to the site, selected "Get a Brochure", entered 2019 Nautilus. The page is showing two photos of a Nautilus, and then clicked on the choice, "Download"...and what do you get, a 2018 MKX. Ok?
  21. I did notice that a dealer 17 miles away does have a Diamond Blue in Stock. May have to go take a look at that color at least....
  22. Just saw my first Nautilus on the road today. In front of me in traffic was a Ceramic Pearl Nautilus. At first, as I was pulling up to it at a stoplight, I thought it was an MKX, but when I got closer, I noticed the difference in the taillights, and when he turned to go North, I verified it by seeing the emlem under the rear view mirror. So first one to see out there.
  23. Basically, there are several brands that have a $60,000+ sticker price that do offer vehicles that have wheels that are not gray, and unfortunately Lincoln is not. Whatever you like, you should have the option to choose, not shoved in that direction with no choice. I will either keep my 2016 longer, or look at other brands which I would rather not do.
  24. To me, it's like putting blackwall tires on my classic cars.
  25. I had time today to go by my dealership to check out the Nautilus. I am someone who does not like gray painted wheels, and both the 20" and 21" wheels that are available on the Reserve have that gray coating. The 21" has the most gray, which to me always look like brake dust on uncleaned wheels. So, sorry Lincoln, I guess I will keep my 2016 with the Polished Aluminum wheels. I guess my only option would be if they would transfer my current wheels to a new Nautilus, but unlikely.
