Yes we know...

Again, I was told the badges were not there initially and were added last minute before the auto show, so that makes sense.

This maybe a ploy to get the buyers to get the "Delete Badging" option that would cost ~$200...

All of the Nautilus pics I've seen to date display LED headlights. Has there been any information that would indicate that all Nautilus trim lines will be so equipped or will HID xenon projector headlamps continue on lower priced models as with the Continental?

I think the Nautilus/Continental/Navigator badging is classy and unique.

I think I read where the LED Headlamps will be Standard.  But that chrome "Nautilus" badge on the front doors is ugly and tacky.

A few days ago I ran across an online video with a 'talking head' mentioning CHROME CAPS on the side view mirrors of a base model Nautilus. Until confirmed, I would tend to refute that tidbit.

With 2019 Nautilus Job 1 tentatively scheduled for 2018 QTR 3 and a New York reveal of the 2020 Aviator now set for later this month, media attention has shifted to speculation swirling around the new Ford/Lincoln 3-row SUV. Especially interesting are rumors relating to engine availability & drivetrain configuration. We'll soon have much more info that could influence future plans for vehicle purchases.

It’s pretty well known that Aviator will be on the RWD/AWD CD6 platform and will offer a 3.0LTT Plug In Hybrid drivetrain. I would guess the base engine will be either a 2.3T or the 2.7T.

I think it’s up in the air whether the next gen Nautilus moves to RWD CD6 or the new Transverse FWD platform. I think it will also move to CD6 to help amortize that platform/architecture.

My appraisal of the Aviator will depend on several criteria, but one thing is certain...I have absolutely no need for a 3rd row. Of course, there's no requirement that an owner must use a feature just because it is available. There's always the rationale that resale/trade-in value may be enhanced.
