I like some of the features of AA like the Google Maps and a easier POI destination by simply "asking Google."  Streaming music, podcasts, and about everything else i don't care about.  I've used AA with a USB cord connecting my phone (LG V20) to the MKX.  Question is, even though Blue Tooth is on, the phone is recognized by the MKX and AA is set to automatically turn on on my phone when I start the car, which it does, but  AA isn't recognized by the MKX through Blue Tooth.  Am I doing something wrong or is a tethered connection necessary?

Thanks for any advice,

Yes it is... You must be connected via a cord
