My back up camera does not work all the time.  Is there something that I can do to fix it myself?

Hello, on my touch screen is sign " sistem off to save battery". No stereo, no heating . I charge batttery but the problem is still on
can you help me to solve this problem myself

You should probably get your battery tested. It may be failing.
